Discover how I got a $40/hr remote web development / coding job working from home on my own time at just 19 years old.
? ???? ? ?????? ?????? ??????? ???? ??? ?? ?? $??/?? ????? ???
? ??? ?????? ????????? ???????:
Learn EXACTLY how I landed my $80,000 work from home dream job at 19 years old and how ANYONE from ANYWHERE in the world with ZERO experience or degree can go remote
? Get my EXACT resume that I used to land my $40/hr laptop lifestyle job
? Nick’s giving you guys $40 off the course I took to make my SaaS app
I literally give all the job search, application secrets and tactics I used to get over 10 interviews and phone calls with potential companies, both part time and full time, and even a full time offer from the company I still work at right now.
Why am I giving away this information? Because there’s such a blue ocean out there and the demand is so high for web developers that you finding success is NOT going to hinder my success.
And yes, this works for any job position, industry, field of study, frontend dev, backend dev, full stack developer, programmer, coder, web developer, web designer.
And although I did get this job while in community college for computer science (not even university), you do NOT need experience or a degree to land a web dev job.
Working from home remotely as a developer is really good so far. Cool website projects all the time, flexibility of that laptop lifestyle, and the ability to travel and be a digital nomad if you want.
1. Use a personal project to show off skills.
When you don’t have work experience, you can still create experience on your own by creating a personal project, whether that be an example site, web app, SaaS (software as a service) application like I did, portfolio/resume site, etc.
From the employer’s perspective, they don’t know if you have the skills needed or not. But you don’t need past experience for them to know that you can do it.
And a project shows off your coding skills AND shows them how ambitous you are compared to others AND shows them you can work on your own and be disciplined.
I bombed the interview but they still gave me the job – partly because of the demand and because of the personal project.
My personal project as a web saas app built on Flask, a python web framework (i would’ve used Django if I started over) for stock trading.
Have a resume/cover letter/portfolio that stands out. The worst thing you can do is blend in with other job applicants.
Make it pop with social proof, colors, stats, no business jargon, etc.
Then mass apply for jobs on sites like LinkedIn or Angelist
So go out there, get your dream job, and let me know in the comments when that happens so I can congratulate you.
Please always do your due diligence and never stop learning. Best of luck!

I'm 20 and make 100k ($48 an hour.) No degree and all learned online.
The free market doesn't care about your age, what you look like or your past. If you have the skills and can bring value to a company you can make it.

How long should I spend on learning and how long should I spend on personal projects? I'm thinking to learn HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React and Bootstrap and use those five for the projects. What's the time frame? I'm thinking about spending 1.5 months, ten hours per day on learning. And then one month on projects, also ten hours per day. And then make a professional resume showing those projects and then apply to jobs. What do you think? Please answer all my questions.

yeah right, the only thing I got was a bunch of indians scammers calling me asking for personal information. I figured out they were scammers because they never returned my call. The job positions that i filled out applications for I always get A 3 MONTH RESPONSE WITH WE FOUND THE RIGHT CANDIDATE YOU ARE NOT THE ONE. This is coming from someone who has used java php, mysql, html, css, python etc. This is a total lie. My conclusion was that no matter how much experience you have the guy that has the bacehlor or master degree will always get hired but if you don't than your just screwed even if the other person can barely code because they have a degree that are getting hired. Software and web development are degree required job positions that you have to get luckly to get hired if you don't have a degree. Found out this the hard way. A secretary hr personal is always looking thru resumes and if you don't have a degree that application or resume isn't being sent to employer who will set up an interview.

I dropped out of a college and just got hired as a software engineer. I taught myself how to code, and starting pay is $75k per year. Not too shabby.

Man, I was writing a cover letter for every single job application. Even those that had the same title had different descriptions that I was tweaking each letter for. Gets mentally draining after a while. Easy Apply helps a lot.

If you would want to acquire greater than 11k cash, browse “Dαkοnet d2α” on Google in order to begin your very own business on the net. Terrific items could be learned commencing right now. I tested out utilizing the other versions and I return bare handed. Yet this does the work! This isn`t an immediate rich approach however it will help you accomplish it in a short space of time. .

I'm 37 and I start learning web development on my own, I like it so far. My dream is do what you did: getting good money working on my own. I can work on a company with people and stuff but I get tired of it really quick. When I was 19 I just finished high school and I was wasting my life in college and I end up dropping out. It's sad when I think about all those wasted years. Anyway, thanks a lot.

Hi Jake . I found this video very useful. Thankyou so much. Can you please do a video on how we can guarantee that the company we work for remotely , ensures our salary will get credited? What to do if the company doesn't pay? Is there a way we can do a written agreement with the company ? Kindly consider my request. Thankyou so much Jake 🙂

I know you could say it's "unethical" but let's face it the big corporations that have been running unethical practices for decades would comprise of a list that would run the length of my arm easily if not more. That being said… could you not simply get a remote job and hire someone else yourself who is qualified from the likes of fiverr in India, Pakistan etc (obviously vetting them yourself) and pay them a fraction of a price to do it while you have the time to yourself? Occasionally checking the work before its submitted. Although it's a fraction of the price to us we'd pay them, in reality compared to their home salaries and the luxury of economics it could still be a very good salary to them in their home countries.
